Web Spreading & Stretching Machine MOD.AS-70

The "AS-70 Web Spreading & Stretching Machine" allows the widen needle-punched products while simultaneously stretching them.

This machine is used in the non-woven fabric industry specially in the geotextile sector.

The process is carried out by spreading the nonwoven web with two chain conveyors which, with the appropriate angular opening of the chain arms, bring the product to the required width.

Furthermore, the passage between the special rollers placed after the chains gradually stretches it. Finally, two circular cutters trim the material to make it a finished product.
